Girls Group

Our Year 4, 5 and 6 girls are participating in Girls' Group with our amazing school counsellor, Ali, and PPN staff in Weeks 4, 5 and 6.  In each session, the girls participate in an information session with Ali, discussions and group activities.  Topics covered include;

• Being a good listener

• Identifying feelings

• Understanding the feelings of others

• Positive and negative friendship traits

• Making good friendship choices

• Differing communication styles

• Being assertive

• Solving conflict

• Circles of control

The girls will bring a booklet home to share their learning with their families in Week 6.  If you feel your child would benefit from spending time with Ali, please feel free to contact Kelly Pridmore (kellypridmore@ppn.sa.edu.au).
